2026-09-13

  • New PepRecon in Spanish. Nine pages now have a Spanish version at peprecon.com/es/: the home page, all five reconstitution calculators, the Converter, the Reference Chart, and the privacy page. The results are translated too, not just the page around them, so the warnings, the worked math and the syringe diagram all come out in Spanish, and share links keep the reader in Spanish when you send them. A language switch sits at the bottom of the menu on every page that has both.
  • New New research study: Retatrutide: The Complete Stability Picture. Eight extended-duration stability tests on the most-tested compound in our library, from the fridge and 130 F heat to freeze-thaw and bacteriostatic versus ultrapure water. Reconstituted in bacteriostatic water and refrigerated, it holds for months; the dry powder barely degrades. Now the featured study on the home page.

  • New Recent literature and trials on every compound page. A collapsed section now lists papers from PubMed and registered trials from ClinicalTrials.gov for that compound, refreshed weekly. It matches only a compound’s own name in a paper’s title, so a general GLP-1 review does not land on every incretin page, and it only lists recognized study designs. Nothing in it has been read or assessed by us. Six of the thirty compounds show nothing at all, which is the honest answer for a compound with no human research.
  • New A research article: How Deep Does the Needle Go? Skin is about 2 mm thick in almost everyone and the fat under it is not, which is the single fact that explains most of what goes wrong with needle length. It covers why a 4 mm needle reaches subcutaneous tissue in essentially every adult while a 1-inch needle aimed at gluteal muscle often stops short of it, why that miss is more common in women, and how thick testosterone oils differ from thin aqueous peptides in gauge and volume rather than in depth. Four diagrams, five annotated references.

  • New A Vial Inventory: what is open, how long each vial has been reconstituted, how many doses are left, and when each one reaches its beyond-use date. It calls out which vial to finish first by days remaining, so the one about to expire is the one it puts in front of you. Everything stays in your browser, with JSON and CSV export and an optional share link.
  • New Compound monitoring panels in Labs. Pick tirzepatide, semaglutide, retatrutide, growth hormone, tesamorelin, HCG or thymosin alpha-1 and Labs loads the bloodwork those compounds’ trials and labeling actually monitored, split into before starting, early, and ongoing, each marker with a note on why it was tracked. It drops straight into your basket and the split-order price optimizer. Compounds with no monitoring evidence behind them are deliberately not listed.

  • New Head-to-head comparisons: 23 pages covering the pairs people actually weigh against each other (retatrutide vs tirzepatide, BPC-157 vs TB-500, cagrilintide vs semaglutide, and more), with the reconstitution math, pharmacokinetics and evidence set side by side. Curated pairs only, not every possible combination of every compound.
  • New Per-compound titration pages in the Planner. /plan/tirzepatide and the same for semaglutide, retatrutide, survodutide, mazdutide and cagrilintide each open the planner already loaded with that compound’s published escalation schedule, so the chart is drawn before you touch anything.
  • New A printable protocol card in the Planner, with a QR code that reopens the plan on a phone, plus a calendar export that drops every dose in your schedule into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook.

  • New An evidence table on every compound page. For each claimed outcome it grades how well that outcome has been studied in people: Human RCT, Human observational, Animal only, Mechanistic only, or No data. It grades the evidence, never the efficacy, so a compound that was properly trialed and failed still reads Human RCT, and nothing is inherited from a drug class, a close analog, or the parent molecule of a fragment.

  • New A "How it is thought to work" diagram on every compound page: the chain from what the compound binds to through to the outcome that gets claimed for it, with the strongest published evidence for any of those claims marked on the figure.
  • New A "What we do not know" section on every compound page, stating plainly where the human data stops: what has never been measured, what is extrapolated from animals, and which numbers are community convention rather than a published finding.

  • Improved Sources on compound pages are now citations you can check: author, journal and year, each linking out to PubMed, the DOI, or the trial registration, instead of a bare title you would have to search for yourself.
  • Improved All 30 compound pages now follow the same section order, so learning your way around one of them teaches you all thirty.

2026-08-28

  • New A Peptide Unit Converter: micrograms to milligrams to grams, milliliters to insulin-syringe units, mass to International Units, and percent to mg/mL to micrograms per unit. Every conversion comes with a verdict on whether the answer is a plausible number for peptide work, not just the arithmetic, because 50,000 mcg converts cleanly to 50 mg and is still almost certainly a slipped decimal. Mass to IU asks which substance first: an IU is defined per substance by bioassay, so there is no general factor, and for HCG the page says so instead of inventing one.

  • New Search across the whole site, from the box on the home page or the top of the menu everywhere else. It covers every tool, all 30 compounds, 116 glossary terms, 68 lab tests, the research articles and the comparisons, and filters as you type.

2026-08-20

  • New The home page now remembers which tools you use. Each group reorders itself so what you reach for most sits first, and the pin in a card’s corner keeps a tool at the top of its group for good. It lives in your browser, nothing is sent anywhere, and a first visit looks exactly as it always has.
  • Improved Every page now prints properly. Printing a calculator gives a clean black-on-white reference card with the menu, buttons and theme switcher stripped out, the working left open, and the page it came from stamped at the bottom with the date, which matters when the printout ends up on a fridge or a bench with no other context.

2026-08-19

  • New A "Show the math" panel under every calculator result. It opens to the formula, your own numbers substituted into it, the answer, and the values behind it: concentration, doses per vial, and the syringe you picked. It prints open, so the printed card carries the working with it.

2026-08-18

  • New A sanity check on every calculator. Enter something implausible (a 50,000 mg vial, a dose a thousand times the usual one, a draw too small to read on a U-100 syringe) and an advisory note appears saying what looks wrong. It never blocks the calculation, because a deliberately unusual value is your call, but a slipped decimal between mcg and mg is the most consequential mistake in this hobby and it should not pass in silence.

  • New A research article: Reading a COA. What a certificate of analysis actually tells you (and what it can't), the three numbers that matter, first vs second vs third party testing, real redacted lab reports including three different failures, and how to verify a report against the issuing lab, with the COA Reader automating the first pass.
  • Improved The Label Maker on phones: a floating live preview now pins to the top of the screen while you edit below the fold, so every change stays visible; tap it to jump back to the full preview. Also fixed a layout bug that forced phones to zoom out on this page.
  • Improved Four new frame styles in the Label Maker: Thick, Double, Dashed, and Corners, alongside the existing Box and Rounded. All render as pure black lines, so they print crisply on thermal labels.

  • New A Compound Reference section: one page each for 30 common compounds (tirzepatide, semaglutide, retatrutide, HGH, BPC-157, TB-500, HCG, and more, chosen from real community testing volume) with the reconstitution math laid out per vial size, per-dose syringe-draw diagrams, sourced titration schedules, pharmacokinetic curves where human data exists (and an honest explanation where it doesn't), storage guidance, and primary sources, all wired into the calculators.
  • New The Label Maker now prints straight to NIIMBOT printers over Bluetooth, no NIIMBOT app needed. In Chrome or Edge (desktop and Android) a "Print via Bluetooth" button appears under the preview: pick your printer from the popup and the label prints exactly as shown, with a Light/Normal/Dark darkness control. Phomemo printers and iPhones keep the PNG download flow.

  • New A Vial Label Maker for thermal label printers. Every calculator (Calc, Reverse, Blend, HGH, Intranasal) now has a "Create label" button that carries your reconstitution math into a label designer: pick a NIIMBOT or Phomemo label size, toggle and edit each line, add icons and a frame, and drop in a QR code that reopens the exact calculation or links to your COA. Labels download as print-ready 203 dpi PNGs that both brands' apps print directly. It also works standalone for hand-written labels.

  • Improved Smarter membership costs on Labs: Fitomics pricing is corrected to its real signup terms, and the ranking now charges whichever billing option is cheapest for how often you test (one month on the monthly plan for a one-off order, or your share of the annual plan if you test a lot). There's also a new "I already have a membership" checkbox that drops the fee from the ranking, since existing members have already paid it.
  • New A Fees & fine print page for Labs: every order site's blood-draw fee, membership, minimum order, coupons, and state limits spelled out side by side, so the charges that don't show in a per-test price are easy to see.
  • New You can now help keep Labs accurate: expand any order site and click "flag" to report a price that looks wrong, or use "Suggest an order site" to tell us about a lab we're missing. Both go straight to us for review.

  • New Big Labs update. Every result now expands to show each test's price with a direct link to order it on the vendor's site. Your basket and settings are remembered between visits. The split-order optimizer gained controls for the most sites you'll visit and the least each extra site must save. There's a ZIP box that links you to LabCorp, Quest, and BioReference draw-site finders, plain-language descriptions on every test, and a dedicated price page for each of the 68 tests (for example, the TSH page).

  • New A Blood Test Price Tracker: price history for every test at every order site, re-checked weekly. See recent price changes with deltas, chart one test across sites over time, or view one site's full change table, and download the raw history as CSV.
  • New Labs updates: the "Prices as of" line now opens a per-site update status (when each order site's prices were last verified, pass/fail, and how many tests are live-priced), and the full price matrix (every site × every test, always current) is downloadable as Excel or CSV from the same overlay. The lab-set CSV export gained a price column per test and the full fee math.
  • New A Blood Test Price Comparison tool: pick the blood tests you want (or start from a preset panel) and see what your set actually costs at 15+ self-pay order sites, including each site's draw fee, membership pricing, minimum orders, and coupons. It shows which performing lab (LabCorp, Quest, BioReference) runs each order, a membership break-even, and a split-order optimizer that finds the cheapest way to buy across more than one site. Built from community member PedroDaGr8's price research, with his blessing.

  • New A Smart Reconstitution Optimizer: enter your vial size and dose, and it recommends how much BAC water to add so your syringe draw lands on a clean, round number. Recipes are ranked by easiest to read and smallest injection volume, with per-compound presets, and each one opens in the full calculator with a single tap. The same engine now powers an "Optimize for me" toggle on the Reverse calculator, which picks the draw for you instead of asking for one.

  • New An Injection-Site Rotation Map: a front and back body map where each tap logs an injection at that site, every site recolors by how long it has rested, and the longest-rested site is recommended next so the same tissue is not used twice in a row. A cadence note warns when your schedule cycles back to a site faster than it can recover. Everything is saved in your browser, with JSON, CSV, and share-link export.
  • New A Reconstitution Reference Chart: pick a compound to load its typical vial sizes and dosing schedule, and every cell shows how much BAC water to add and the resulting U-100 syringe draw. It covers the common GLP-1 and incretin peptides with their name-brand titration steps (such as tirzepatide and semaglutide) plus a range of research peptides, and you can switch between easier-to-read and smaller-volume draws. Type your own vial size or dose into the blank row and column for anything not listed, and tap any cell to open it in the full calculator with the values filled in.

  • New The Runway calculator: enter how much peptide, oil, or oral supply you have on hand plus your dose and schedule to see how long it lasts and when it runs out. A titration table shows how raising or lowering the dose changes your runway, and you can export everything to Excel or Google Sheets with the formulas intact.

  • New Pre-blended vial mode in the Blend calculator: reconstitute and dose a single pre-mixed vial directly, with no multi-vial transfer steps.
  • New A peptide glossary in the research library, with key terms auto-linked throughout the research articles.
  • Improved Quick-load presets for common blends in the Blend calculator. Pick GLOW, KLOW, or Wolverine and it fills the calculator in whichever mode you're using, highlights the selected blend, and the pre-blended / mix-your-own switch is clearer.
  • Improved The Reverse calculator now frames its result around smart reconstitution for a clean syringe draw. Wording and metadata only; the math is unchanged.
