About the KLOW blend

What KLOW is

KLOW is GLOW with a fourth peptide added. A standard formulation is 80 mg total: 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500 (TB-4), and 10 mg KPV. The addition is KPV, a short peptide studied in inflammation-related research contexts. The practical difference from GLOW: KLOW is oriented toward reactive or inflammation-prone skin, with KPV intended to calm the field before the GHK-Cu collagen work.

How the ratio drives dosing

Like GLOW, KLOW is a fixed-ratio blend in one vial, so you anchor on GHK-Cu as the lead compound and the other three follow at their set proportions. New users often start lower for the first week to assess tolerance, for example halving the anchor (around 1 mg GHK-Cu) for week one, then stepping to the full anchor from week two. Set whatever anchor matches your protocol and the calculator returns the per-dose mass of all four components.

Reconstitution

Choose the bacteriostatic water volume that puts your GHK-Cu anchor on a clean syringe mark rather than guessing. The calculator solves the BAC water amount and shows the concentration plus the exact draw in syringe units, and confirms what each of the four peptides delivers per dose before you mix.
