How this comparison works
True total cost, not just the sticker price
Two sites can list the same test at different prices and still cost you the opposite of what you'd expect once fees are counted. This tool adds up the price of every test in your set, then adds each site's one-time blood draw / physician order fee, spreads any membership fee across how many times you test per year, and flags minimum orders you haven't met. The ranked list is sorted by what you'd actually pay.
Order site vs performing lab
Many of these sites are order portals that route your draw to LabCorp, Quest, or BioReference. The lab that runs the blood is shown on each result because a low price is no help if that lab has no draw site near you, or can't serve your state. If a lab has no draw site near you, uncheck it under Labs you can reach and the ranking drops any site pinned to it. Sites that can route to more than one lab stay in the list as long as one of their labs is still reachable.
Membership break-even
Some sites (Fitomics, DrSays) offer lower per-test pricing behind a paid membership. The break-even shows how many times a year you'd need to test before the membership pays for itself on your basket.
Split-order optimizer
No single site is cheapest for everything. The split optimizer finds the lowest total when you're willing to order across two or three sites, weighing each extra draw fee against the savings.
Scope & safety
PepRecon is a research and education resource. Prices are collected periodically and can change or lapse. Always confirm the current price on the vendor's own site before ordering. This is not medical advice; nothing here is a recommendation to order any specific test.
