How this planner works

You pick a compound, set up the vial (size and BAC water, which gives the concentration), then build a titration schedule as a series of phases. For each phase the planner derives the per-injection volume and units, totals the material needed, and, where data exists, plots a drug-level curve over time.

Building a titration schedule

Each phase is a span of weeks at a given dose and injection frequency. The per-injection volume comes from the vial concentration:

volume per injection (mL) = dose mg ÷ (vial mg ÷ BAC water mL)

Volume is shown in both milliliters and insulin-syringe units (1 mL = 100 units). Titration means stepping the dose across phases, for example to ramp up gradually, rather than holding one dose for the whole plan.

Estimating vials needed

The planner sums the total mass across every phase (dose multiplied by the number of injections in that phase) and divides by the vial size to estimate how many vials the plan requires, rounding up to whole vials.

Reading the drug-level chart

The chart estimates how much drug is in the body across the schedule in relative units, not an absolute blood concentration. Use it to see how levels build toward a steady state, how long that takes, and how a dose change or a missed injection shifts them. Compare points on the curve to each other, not to a target number.

Compounds and half-life data

The drug-level curve is built from published pharmacokinetic half-life data for the supported compounds. The per-compound information panel lists the specific figures and their sources.

Stacking compounds

Two compounds can be planned together, each with its own vial setup and schedule, and the drug-level chart shows each so you can see how the plans overlap.

Units & conversions

Doses are entered in micrograms or milligrams, where 1 mg = 1000 mcg. The schedule can show doses in syringe units or milliliters (1 mL = 100 units).

Data handling and privacy

The planner runs in your browser. Values are not transmitted or stored unless you explicitly generate a share link.
