    Terms of Use

    PepRecon is a free research-and-education project run by one person. These terms set out what the tools are, what they are deliberately not, and the limits of what you can hold us responsible for. They are written in plain language on purpose. Using the site means you accept them.

    The part that matters most: every calculator on this site is a piece of arithmetic, not a clinical recommendation. It does not know what compound you actually have, whether your vial is labeled correctly, whether your scale or syringe is accurate, or anything about your health. You are responsible for checking every number before you act on it, and you accept the risks of what you do with the result.

    1. What PepRecon is

    PepRecon provides reconstitution calculators, reference charts, planning tools, a certificate-of-analysis reader, and written research summaries, for informational and laboratory-research purposes. It is published for an adult audience with an existing interest in this subject.

    2. What PepRecon is not

    • Not medical advice. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a prescription, a treatment plan, or a recommendation to use any compound. Using the site does not create a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, or other professional relationship.
    • Not a seller. We do not sell, supply, source, broker, or ship any compound, and we do not endorse any vendor. Vendor or lab names that appear in tools such as the COA Reader are there to identify a document, not to recommend a supplier.
    • Not a regulator or a lab. We do not test anything. The COA Reader reads what is printed on a certificate you give it and applies arithmetic checks. It cannot tell you whether a certificate is genuine, whether the tested batch is the one in your hand, or whether the lab is competent.
    • Not a substitute for the label. Several compounds discussed on this site are not approved by the FDA or any comparable authority, and their legal and regulatory status varies by country and can change.

    3. Who may use the site

    You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater. The site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. You are responsible for making sure your use of the site is lawful where you are.

    4. Accuracy, and your responsibility to verify

    We try hard to get the math and the reference material right, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Even so, the tools are provided as-is and may contain errors, out-of-date information, or assumptions that do not apply to your situation. A calculator will faithfully compute a wrong answer from a wrong input.

    Independently verify every figure before relying on it. If a result looks surprising, assume the input or the assumption is wrong until you have checked it. Where a number matters, check it against the product documentation and a qualified professional rather than against this site.

    5. Assumption of risk

    You use PepRecon voluntarily, and you accept full responsibility for what you choose to do with anything you read or calculate here, including any handling, measurement, preparation, or administration of any substance. To the fullest extent the law allows, you assume all risk of injury, loss, or damage arising from that choice, and you agree that the risk is yours and not ours.

    6. Acceptable use

    You may use the site for your own research and reference, and you may link to it freely. You may not:

    • scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site or its data beyond normal reading, or attempt to evade rate limits;
    • copy the site's content or tools wholesale to republish them elsewhere as your own;
    • probe, scan, or attempt to breach the site or its servers, or access any account, data, or area you were not given access to;
    • upload anything unlawful, malicious, or containing another person's private information;
    • use the site to promote, advertise, or facilitate the sale of any compound;
    • present output from the site to anyone else as medical, clinical, or professional advice.

    We may rate-limit, block, or remove access if we believe any of this is happening, without notice.

    7. Share links and what you submit

    Some tools let you create an optional share link, and the COA Reader accepts a file you upload. What happens to that data is described in our Privacy notice. In short: a share link is created only when you deliberately click to create one, and anyone who has the link can open it, so treat a share link as public. Do not put anything in a share link, or upload any document, that you would not want a stranger to see.

    You keep whatever rights you have in what you submit. You give us permission to store and process it for the purpose of operating the feature you used. We may remove any submitted content for any reason, and we may delete unused content over time.

    8. Intellectual property

    The site's text, design, code, and original graphics belong to the operator. You may quote or cite reasonable portions with attribution and a link. Study data, product labels, certificates, and other third-party material remain the property of their owners and are referenced for research and commentary.

    9. Third-party links and material

    The site links to external sources such as published studies, regulatory databases, and price listings. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or accuracy, and a link is not an endorsement. Pricing, availability, and similar third-party information may be stale by the time you read it.

    10. Availability

    The site is free and offered on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend, move, or discontinue any tool, page, or share link at any time, without notice and without liability. There is no uptime commitment and no guarantee that a saved link will still resolve in the future.

    11. Disclaimer of warranties

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any result obtained from it is correct or suitable for any purpose.

    12. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for any personal injury, illness, or death, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site, whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and even if we were advised that such damages were possible.

    Because the site is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use it (which is nothing) or one hundred US dollars (US$100).

    Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party and arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of anyone else's rights.

    14. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change is significant we will note it in the changelog.

    15. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, this clause does not take that right away.

    16. Severability

    If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force.

    17. Contact
