How this calculator works

A blend puts several peptides in one vial so a single syringe draw delivers each peptide's target dose at once. The shared BAC water volume is partitioned by the number of doses the vial holds:

per-dose volume (mL) = total BAC water mL ÷ number of doses

Each component's total mass in the vial is its requested per-dose mass multiplied by that same dose count, so every dose drawn carries the correct amount of every peptide. The per-dose verification table confirms the actual mass delivered per component matches what you requested.

Partitioning a shared vial

Because all peptides share one solution, they also share one draw. The limiting factor is usually the most concentrated component and the maximum BAC water you are willing to use. Increasing BAC water raises the dose count and lowers the mass per milliliter, which can make the draw easier to measure.

Source vial vs new vial

The blend can be combined into one of the existing peptide vials (a source vial) or into a separate sterile container (a new vial), for example a pen cartridge or a larger vial. The destination changes only where the solution ends up, not the per-dose math.

Units & conversions

Per-dose amounts are entered in micrograms or milligrams, where 1 mg = 1000 mcg. Syringe volume relates to draw as 1 mL = 100 units, so 0.01 mL = 1 unit. The on-page converters handle mcg–mg and mL–unit conversions directly.

Storing reconstituted blends

Once reconstituted, most peptides are refrigerated and used within a defined stability window; light and repeated temperature cycling degrade them. See PepRecon's bacteriostatic water stability data for the measured findings.
