How to choose
Retatrutide has the larger reported weight loss
From Phase 2. Survodutide's Phase 2 results are also substantial but smaller.
Survodutide has the more specific liver evidence
Its Phase 2 program included a dedicated MASH trial with biopsy endpoints, which is a harder endpoint than liver fat imaging.
Neither is approved
Both are Phase 3 programs in progress. Any material available now is research-grade.
At the syringe
At the default setup on each compound's own page, a 10 mg vial in 2 mL puts 50 mcg on every insulin unit, while a 10 mg vial in 2 mL puts 50 mcg on every unit. That is the number that decides whether a dose lands on a readable mark, and it is set by how much water goes in, not by the compound.
