Drug level over time

Drug level is an estimate of how much drug is in your body across the schedule, in relative units, not an absolute blood concentration. Use it to see how levels build to a steady state, how long that takes, and how a dose change or a gap shifts them. Compare points on the curve to each other, not to a target number.

About this compound

Planning a survodutide titration

A long escalation by design

Survodutide pairs GLP-1 with glucagon receptor activity, and its Phase 2 program used an extended step-up specifically to manage tolerability. The schedule is longer than the approved incretins for that reason, not because the doses are larger.

Its most specific evidence is hepatic

The Phase 2 program included a dedicated MASH trial with biopsy endpoints, which is a harder endpoint than liver-fat imaging and the strongest distinguishing evidence it has.

Investigational

No approved product exists. Phase 3 is in progress, and the escalation used here may change.
